ConoverBond Development is pleased to announce the construction and
renovation of a mixed-use property in Spirit Lake’s historical
downtown. Plans include a restaurant/coffee house
and antique shop on the first level, and six loft-style
apartments on the upper floors. A
separate 2,000 square foot space, located in one
of Spirit Lake’s
oldest buildings, will be ready for lease in a
few months.
The 40-seat restaurant features lodge style seating, a library room with
a fireplace, and a 20-seat outside patio dining area. The menu features
items ranging from pasta dishes to sandwiches, and includes a selection
of microbrews and wine. Six 500-700 square foot apartments above the restaurant
will provide housing for artists, college students, residents or restaurant
employees. A 3,525 square foot space is adjacent and awaiting a new tenant.
